【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesminimumrequirementsfordesign,calculation,examinationsandtestsofhydraulicpoweredloadercranesandtheirmountingsontovehiclesorstaticfoundations.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytoloadercranesusedonboardshipsorfloatingstructuresandtoarticulatedboomsystemcraneswhicharedesignedastotalintegralpartsofspecialequipmentsuchasforwarders.Thehazardscoveredbythisstandardareidentifiedinclause4.Thisstandarddoesnotcoverhazardsrelatedtotheliftingofpersons.Thisstandardappliestoloadercranes(includingtimberhandlingcranes)whicharemanufacturedafterthedateofapprovalbyCENofthisstandard.NOTE1WincheswillbecoveredbyaspecialstandardbeinginpreparationbyCEN/TC147.NOTE2Theuseofcranesfortheliftingofpersonsmaybesubjecttospecificnationalregulations.
