【摘要】:ThispartofISO15859specifieslimitsforthecompositionofhydrogenandestablishesthesamplingandtestrequirementsapplicablefortheverificationofthehydrogencomposition.ThispartofISO15859isapplicabletohydrogen,usedinflighthardwareandgroundfacilities,systemsandequipment,ofthefollowingtypesandgrades.—TypeⅠ:gaseous—GradeA:fuel,—GradeF:fuel,—TypeⅡ:liquid—GradeA:fuel,—GradeF:fuel.ThispartofISO15859isapplicabletoinfluentsonlywithinthespecifiedlimitsherein.ThispartofISO15859isapplicabletoanysamplingoperationrequiredtoensurethat,whenthefluidentersthelaunchvehicleorspacecraft,thefluidcompositioncomplieswiththelimitsprovidedhereafterorwithanytechnicalspecificationagreedtoforaparticularuse.

【摘要】:Thetruespecificgravityofamaterialistheratioofitstruedensity,determinedataspecifictemperature,tothetruedensityofwater,determinedataspecifictemperature.Thus,thetruespecificgravityofamaterialisaprimarypropertywhichisrelatedtochemicalandmineralogicalcomposition.Forrefractoryrawmaterialsandproductsthetruespecificgravityisausefulvaluefor:classification,detectingdifferencesinchemicalcompositionbetweensupposedlylikesamples,indicatingmineralogicalphasesorphasechanges,calculatingtotalporositywhenthebulkdensityisknown,andforanyothertestmethodwhichrequiresthisvalueforthecalculationofresults.Thistestmethodisaprimarystandardmethodwhichissuitableforuseinspecifications,qualitycontrol,andresearchanddevelopment.Itcanalsoserveasarefereetestmethodinpurchasingcontractsoragreements.Fundamentalassumptionsinherentinthistestmethodarethefollowing:Thesampleisrepresentativeofthematerialingeneral,Thetotalsamplehasbeenreducedtotheparticlesizespecified,Noimpurityhasbeenintroducedduringprocessingofthesample,Thesampleitselfisnotmagneticandallmagneticmaterialintroducedduringprocessingofthesamplehasbeenremoved,Thematerialisnothydratableorreactivewithwater,andThetestmethodhasbeenconductedinameticulousmanner.Deviationfromanyoftheseassumptionsnegatestheusefulnessoftheresults.Ininterpretingtheresultsofthistestmethoditmustberecognizedthatthespecifiedsampleparticlesizedoesnotguaranteethatallclosedporeshavebeeneliminated.Theamountofresidualclosedporesmayvarybetweenmaterialsorevenbetweensamplesofthesameorlikematerials,andthespecifiedsampleparticlesizeisnotthesameasthatspecifiedforTestMethodC604.Thevaluesgeneratedbythistestmethodmay,therefore,becloseapproximationsratherthanaccuraterepresentationsoftruespecificgravities.Thus,comparisonsofresultsshouldonlybejudiciouslymadebetweenlikematerialstestedbythistestmethodorwithfullrecognitionofpotentiallyinherentdifferencesbetweenthematerialsbeingcomparedorthetestmethodused.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationoftruespecificgravityofrefractorymaterialsunderprescribedconditions.Itisnotapplicabletomaterialsattackedbywater.1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.1.2.1Exception8212;TheequipmentusedinthisstandardforweightsandvolumesisonlyavailableinSIunits.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
